1 cup cooked lentils
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons olive oil
In a large bowl, combine the cooked lentils, breadcrumbs, nutritional yeast, soy sauce , smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.
Mash the mixture with a fork or potato masher until well combined but still slightly chunky.
Form the mixture into small patties.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
Serve warm with your favorite breakfast sides.
