A creamy and zesty Greek condiment perfect for salads or as a dip.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Grate the cucumber and squeeze out excess moisture.
  2. Combine in a bowl the Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, olive oil, lemon juice, and minced garlic.
  3. Mix well and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

For a unique twist, add fresh dill or mint. Use cold ingredients for a refreshing taste.
