  • 1 cup caramel candies
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar in a large bowl until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Mix the flour, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl. Gradually add this mixture to the butter mixture, stirring until just combined.
  5. Roll the dough into balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  6. Bake for about 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
  7. Heat the caramel candies and heavy cream in a saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth while the cookies cool.
  8. Drizzle the warm caramel over each cooled cookie.
  9. Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, then drizzle the melted chocolate over the caramel.
