  • 1/2 cup mascarpone (softened)
  • 1 tablespoon coffee liqueur

  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup coffee
  • 1 teaspoon cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 6 slices thick-cut white bread

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the heavy cream, granulated sugar, and mascarpone in a medium bowl until smooth.

  3. Stir in the cocoa powder and vanilla extract until well mixed.
  4. Dip each slice of thick-cut white bread into the mixture, ensuring it’s well soaked but not falling apart.
