A delicious fusion of taco flavors and creamy pasta, perfect for busy weeknights or cozy family gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta shells
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef over medium heat in a large pot; drain excess fat.
  2. Add taco seasoning, diced tomatoes, and beef broth to the pot.
  3. Stir in the pasta shells and bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat, cover, and let simmer for about 10-12 minutes, or until pasta is cooked.
  5. Stir in the cheddar cheese and sour cream until melted and creamy.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.

Notes

For a spicy kick, consider adding chopped jalapeños or using pepper jack cheese.
