  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 can (15 ounces) black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup canned tomato sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 whole wheat hamburger buns

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil.
  2. Add the diced onion and garlic; cook until softened.
  3. Stir in the bell pepper and sweet potatoes, cooking until they are slightly tender.
