A delightful no-bake dessert that combines creamy mascarpone, fresh strawberries, and whipped cream for a perfect summer treat.

  • 1 package of ladyfingers
  • 2 cups of heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup of mascarpone cheese
  • 1/2 cup of powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 2 cups of fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1/2 cup of brewed coffee or espresso (optional)
  • Cocoa powder for dusting (optional)

Instructions

  1. Whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl until soft peaks form.
  2. Fold in the mascarpone cheese gently until combined.
  3. Dip each ladyfinger into the coffee briefly if using, then layer them at the bottom of a dish.
  4. Spread a layer of the whipped cream mixture over the ladyfingers.
  5. Add a layer of sliced strawberries on top of the cream.
  6. Repeat the layers until the dish is filled, finishing with a layer of cream.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or overnight to set.
  8. Dust with cocoa powder before serving, if desired.
