A delightful and easy no-bake dessert combining fresh strawberries, creamy filling, and crisp cookies, perfect for summer gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups whipped cream or Cool Whip
  • 1 package of crispy cookies (like graham crackers or vanilla wafers)

Instructions

  1. Beat together the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  2. Fold in the whipped cream gently until fully incorporated.
  3. Layer the cookies on the bottom of a rectangular dish.
  4. Spread a layer of the cream cheese filling over the cookies, then add a layer of sliced strawberries.
  5. Repeat the layers (cookies, filling, strawberries) until you reach the top of the dish, ending with a layer of cream cheese filling.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or overnight to allow the flavors to meld.
  7. Serve chilled and enjoy your dessert!

Notes

Garnish the top with whole strawberries for an attractive finish. Allowing the cake to chill longer enhances flavor integration.
