Delightful Strawberry Cheesecake Tortilla Rolls featuring a creamy cheesecake filling wrapped in crispy tortillas, perfect for sharing.

  • 4 flour tortillas
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Butter or oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Mix the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth in a medium bowl.
  2. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly on each flour tortilla.
  3. Add sliced strawberries on top of the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Roll each tortilla tightly.
  5. Combine granulated sugar and cinnamon in a shallow dish.
  6. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter or oil.
  7. Place the rolled tortillas seam side down in the skillet and cook until golden brown and crispy on all sides.
  8. Remove the tortillas and immediately roll them in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
  9. Slice and serve warm.
