A vibrant salad celebrating the freshness of spring with creamy burrata, mixed greens, and juicy tomatoes.

Ingredients

  • Mixed greens (spinach, arugula, or your choice)
  • Burrata cheese
  • Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • Cucumber, diced
  • Red onion, thinly sliced
  • Olive oil
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper
  • Fresh herbs (basil or parsley, optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine in a large bowl the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.
  2. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Gently toss to combine.
  4. Tear the burrata into pieces and place on top of the salad.
