A flavorful, wholesome quiche filled with fresh spinach and tangy feta, perfect for any meal of the day.

Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made pie crust
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Grease a 9-inch pie dish with a bit of olive oil.
  3. Press the pie crust into the greased dish.
  4. Sauté the spinach in a skillet with olive oil over medium heat until wilted.
  5. Spread the sautéed spinach evenly over the pie crust.
  6. Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese on top of the spinach.
  7. Whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
  8. Pour the egg mixture over the spinach and feta.
  9. Bake for 30-35 minutes until the edges are golden brown and the center is set.
  10. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before slicing to serve.
