Tender steak rolled with cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and spicy Hatch green chiles for a flavorful dish.

  • 1 lb steak (flank, sirloin, or ribeye)
  • 1/2 cup Hatch green chiles
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • Toothpicks or kitchen twine

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill or oven to medium-high heat.
  2. Tenderize the steak and season it with salt and pepper.
  3. Spread cream cheese on top of the steak, then layer with Hatch green chiles and shredded cheddar cheese.
  4. Roll the steak tightly and secure with toothpicks or kitchen twine.
  5. Grill or bake the roll-ups for about 15-20 minutes, until the steak is cooked to desired doneness.
  6. Let rest for a few minutes, then slice and serve.
