  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a bundt pan.
  2. Cream together the butter and sugar in a large bowl until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the sour cream and vanilla.
  4. Mix together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in another bowl. Gradually add to the creamed mixture.
  5. Combine brown sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl to make the streusel topping.
  6. Spoon half of the batter into the prepared pan, then sprinkle with half of the streusel mixture.
  7. Add the remaining batter on top, and finish with the remaining streusel.
  8. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  9. Let it cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before inverting onto a wire rack to cool completely.
