  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper

  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine olive oil, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, lime juice, and cumin in a bowl to create a marinade.
  2. Place the Skirt Steak in a resealable bag.
  3. Pour the marinade over the steak in the bag, ensuring it’s evenly coated.
  4. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, allowing the flavors to infuse.
  5. Preheat your grill or skillet to high heat.
  6. Remove the steak from the marinade, shaking off any excess.
  7. Cook the steak on the grill or skillet for about 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
  8. Allow the steak to rest for 5 minutes before slicing against the grain.
