A quick and nutritious shrimp and green bean stir-fry that’s packed with flavor and perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups green beans, trimmed
  • 1 cup carrots, sliced
  • 1 cup sugar snap peas
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add the shrimp and cook until they turn pink, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add the green beans, carrots, and sugar snap peas. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
  5. Stir in soy sauce and oyster sauce, mixing well.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
