Instructions

  1. Drain and crumble the tofu into a bowl.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the crumbled tofu to the skillet.
  4. Sprinkle with turmeric, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Stir well to combine and cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Add chopped vegetables and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
