A simple and healthy sautéed baby bok choy recipe with garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil, perfect as a quick side dish.

  • 1 pound baby bok choy
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons oil (for sautéing)

Instructions

  1. Wash the baby bok choy and cut it in half lengthwise.
  2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add the bok choy and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until it’s crisp-tender.
  5. In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, and sriracha.
  6. Pour the sauce over the bok choy and toss to coat.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve immediately as a side dish with rice, noodles, or stir fry.

Notes

Avoid overcooking to preserve the texture. Adjust sriracha based on spice preference.
