  2. Whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl.
  3. Beat the eggs in a large mixing bowl until light and fluffy.
  4. Add granulated sugar and continue beating until well combined.
  5. Stir in melted butter, vanilla extract, and milk.
  6. Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  7. Gently fold in the raspberries and chocolate chips.
  8. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
