A playful twist on a classic dish, these Pumpkin Deviled Eggs bring festive autumn flavors to your gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 6 hard-boiled eggs
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • Yellow and orange food coloring
  • Chives or parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cut the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks.
  2. Mash the yolks in a bowl and mix with mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and paprika.
  3. Add a few drops of yellow and orange food coloring to the yolk mixture to achieve a pumpkin color.
  4. Spoon or pipe the mixture back into the egg white halves.
  5. Use chives or parsley to create a stem on each egg to resemble pumpkins.
  6. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes

These eggs are best enjoyed chilled. Can be made up to two days ahead.
