Delightful morsels of flaky puff pastry filled with creamy Brie cheese and sweet cranberry sauce, perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet of puff pastry
  • 8 oz Brie cheese
  • 1/4 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • Fresh rosemary (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a floured surface and cut it into squares.
  3. Place a small piece of Brie cheese and a teaspoon of cranberry sauce in the center of each square.
  4. Fold the corners of the pastry over the filling and pinch to seal.
  5. Place the bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Beat the egg and brush it over the tops of the bites for a golden finish.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh rosemary if desired.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Thaw puff pastry completely before use. These bites are best enjoyed fresh out of the oven.
