  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup fresh herbs (like chives, parsley, or dill), chopped
  • 1/2 cup nuts (like pecans or walnuts), chopped
  • 1 cup pomegranate arils
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Crackers or bread for serving

Instructions

  1. Combine the grated sharp cheddar cheese and softened cream cheese until well blended.
  2. Stir in the chopped herbs, nuts, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form the mixture into a ball shape and wrap it in plastic wrap.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 120 minutes to firm up.
  5. Unwrap the cheeseball and roll it in the pomegranate arils until coated.
  6. Serve with crackers or bread for dipping.
