  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/2 cup chopped bell peppers
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese.
  3. Add diced tomatoes, black olives, bell peppers, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
