Delicious and cheesy pizza hot pockets, perfect for quick meals and family gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Low-fat Greek Yogurt
  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 tbsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tbsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 15 g Pizza Sauce
  • 20 g Low-fat Cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet.
  2. Mix together the low-fat Greek yogurt and all-purpose flour in a bowl until a dough forms.
  3. Add baking powder, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and salt to the dough, stirring until well combined.
  4. Knead the dough on a clean surface for 2-3 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.
  5. Divide the dough into small balls, about the size of a golf ball, and roll each into a flat circle.
  6. Place 1 tsp of pizza sauce and a sprinkle of low-fat cheese on one half of the dough circle.
  7. Fold the other half over to enclose the filling and press the edges with a fork to seal.
  8. Arrange the sealed pockets on the greased baking sheet.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the pockets are golden brown.
  10. Cool slightly before serving, and enjoy these delectable bites!
