Refreshing and fruity pineapple popsicles with a hint of lime, perfect for hot summer days.

Ingredients

  • 1 pineapple, peeled, core removed, and chopped
  • 3 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
  • ¼ cup agave syrup
  • 1 tbsp tajin (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add chopped pineapple, lime juice, and agave syrup to a high-speed blender.
  2. Blend on high until smooth.
  3. Pour the blended pineapple into popsicle molds and sprinkle with tajin if desired.
  4. Insert a popsicle stick into the center of each popsicle and transfer the molds into the freezer.
  5. Freeze for at least 480 minutes or overnight.
  6. Run the molds briefly under running hot water and gently pull them out.
  7. Store the popsicles in a freezer-safe ziplock bag in the freezer.
