Delightful cookies combining the nutty flavor of peanut butter with the sweetness of marshmallows, perfect for nostalgic moments.

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup marshmallow fluff or mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine peanut butter, sugar, brown sugar, egg, vanilla extract, baking soda, and salt in a mixing bowl until well combined.
  3. Fold in marshmallow fluff or mini marshmallows gently.
  4. Scoop tablespoons of the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving space between each cookie.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
  6. Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

Use creamy peanut butter for best texture. Allow cookies to rest after baking to maintain shape.
