A wholesome and easy-to-make snack combining crisp apples, creamy peanut butter, and crunchy granola.

Ingredients

  • 1 medium apple
  • 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon granola

Instructions

  1. Core the apple and slice it into 8-10 pieces.
  2. Use a paper towel to dab one side of each slice dry.
  3. Spread a thin layer of peanut butter on the dry side of each apple slice.
  4. Sprinkle half of the apple slices with granola so it sticks to the peanut butter.
  5. Assemble your sandwiches by topping the granola-covered slices with the remaining apple slices.
  6. Enjoy immediately or pack them for later!

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh to maintain crispness. Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to two days.
