  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix the spinach, Parmesan cheese, cream cheese, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Cut a pocket into each chicken breast and stuff each with the spinach mixture.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sear the stuffed chicken breasts on both sides until golden brown.
  5. Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
  6. Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Use fresh spinach for better taste and nutrients. Don’t overstuff the chicken to allow for expansion.
