A delightful side dish featuring roasted carrots coated with olive oil and Parmesan cheese, bringing comfort food to a new level.

  • Carrots
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Peel and slice the carrots into even sticks.
  3. Toss the carrot sticks with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a mixing bowl until evenly coated.
  4. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the carrots and toss again.
  5. Place the carrots in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
