A delicious and healthier version of the popular Panda Express dish, made gluten-free and dairy-free.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup gluten-free soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix honey, gluten-free soy sauce, and sesame oil.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine cornstarch and water to create a slurry.
  3. Heat a pan over medium heat and add the chicken pieces, cooking until browned.
  4. Pour the honey mixture over the chicken and stir to coat.
  5. Add the cornstarch slurry to thicken the sauce.
  6. Sprinkle sesame seeds and chopped green onions on top before serving.

  • Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey according to taste.
