- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

- In another bowl, whisk together eggs, coconut milk, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
