  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Soak cut potatoes in cold water for 15 to 30 minutes to remove excess starch.
  2. Rinse and thoroughly dry the soaked potatoes.
  3. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
