Delicious no-bake Oreo Truffles combining crushed Oreo cookies and cream cheese, coated in semisweet chocolate.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package (15.35 oz) Oreo cookies
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 package (12 oz) semisweet chocolate chips
  • Optional: additional chocolate chips or sprinkles for coating/decoration

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor until they are fine crumbs. Alternatively, place them in a zip-locked bag and crush them with a rolling pin.
  2. Mix the crushed Oreo cookies with the softened cream cheese in a mixing bowl until thoroughly combined.
  3. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Freeze the balls for about 30 minutes to firm up.
  5. Melt the semisweet chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  6. Dip each chilled Oreo ball into the melted chocolate, ensuring they are completely coated.
  7. Place the dipped truffles back onto the parchment-lined baking sheet.
  8. Decorate while the chocolate is still soft, sprinkling crushed Oreos or drizzling with white chocolate if desired.
  9. Chill the truffles in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to set before serving.

Notes

For a sugar-free version, consider using sugar substitutes like stevia or monk fruit, avoiding honey or maple syrup.
