Ingredients

Scale
  • 475 ml non-alcoholic red wine
  • 236 ml grape juice
  • 118 ml orange juice
  • 60 ml lemon juice
  • 30 ml honey or maple syrup
  • 1 Orange, sliced into rounds
  • 1 Apple, cored and diced
  • 1 cup fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries)
  • 2 cups sparkling water

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the non-alcoholic red wine, grape juice, orange juice, lemon juice, and honey until the sweetener is completely dissolved.
  2. Add the sliced orange, diced apple, and fresh berries to the pitcher, giving everything a good stir to combine.
  3. Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let all those amazing flavors meld together (though longer is even better if you’ve got the time).
  4. Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the sangria mixture over the ice, making sure to include plenty of the gorgeous fruit in each glass.
  5. Top each glass with sparkling water, leaving about an inch of space at the top.
  6. Give each drink a gentle stir and garnish with a sprig of fresh mint.
  7. Serve immediately with a spoon so everyone can enjoy all that delicious fruit!
