  • 60ml heavy cream
  • 14g butter
  • 2.5g salt
  • 2.5g pepper
  • Optional: lemon zest
  • Optional: fresh mint

Instructions

  1. Boil frozen peas in salted water for 3 minutes. Drain thoroughly to remove excess water.
  2. Transfer hot peas to a blender with cream, butter, salt, and pepper. Pulse until mostly smooth but with some texture.
  3. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Serve immediately.

Notes

Use fresh peas for enhanced flavor. Adjust cream and butter to your liking.
