Creamy and decadent mini cheesecakes with a rich blend of cream cheese, chocolate, caramel, and crunchy pecans, perfect for any occasion.

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup melted chocolate
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • Chocolate and caramel for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  2. Combine crushed graham crackers and melted butter in a bowl. Mix well and press into the bottom of each liner to form the crust.
  3. Beat softened cream cheese and powdered sugar in another bowl until smooth. Fold in whipped cream carefully to maintain lightness.
  4. Spoon the cream cheese mixture on top of the crust in each muffin cup.
  5. Drizzle melted chocolate and caramel sauce on top, then sprinkle with chopped pecans.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 120 minutes to set.
  7. Serve chilled, drizzled with additional chocolate and caramel.
