- 14 oz firm tofu, pressed and cubed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 2 teaspoons ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Skewers (soaked in water if wooden)
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, cumin, coriander, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the cubed tofu to the marinade and toss to coat. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill or a grill pan over medium heat.
- Thread the marinated tofu onto the skewers.
- Grill the kebabs for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden and slightly charred.
