A warm, cheesy dip made with chorizo, Monterey Jack, and Oaxaca cheese, perfect for gatherings.

  • 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Oaxaca cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 jalapeño, diced
  • Tortilla chips, for serving
  • Sour cream, for serving
  • Salsa, for serving

Instructions

  1. Cook the chorizo in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
