  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. Melt the butter in a large bowl. Stir in the sugar until well combined.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, cayenne pepper, cinnamon, and salt in another bowl.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
