A rich and creamy layered dip featuring pesto, fresh vegetables, and cheese, perfect for gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup pesto sauce
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup black olives, sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Tortilla chips or crackers for serving

Instructions

  1. Combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise in a mixing bowl until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Spread this creamy base layer in the bottom of a serving dish.
  2. Spread the pesto sauce evenly over the creamy layer.
  3. Top with halved cherry tomatoes, crumbled feta cheese, sliced black olives, and chopped fresh basil.
  4. Serve immediately with tortilla chips or crackers, or chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to set before serving.

Notes

Use fresh ingredients for the best flavor. Can be prepared a day ahead and stored in the refrigerator.
