A delightful twist on classic lasagna, featuring rolled noodles filled with creamy ricotta, marinara sauce, and melted cheese.

  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. Combine ricotta cheese, 1 cup mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, parsley, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  4. Spread about 2 tablespoons of the cheese mixture onto each noodle, then roll them up tightly.
  5. Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce in the bottom of a baking dish.
  6. Place the roll-ups seam-side down in the dish, then top with the remaining marinara sauce and sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  8. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is bubbly.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving.
