A modern twist on the classic Key lime pie, these No-Bake Key Lime Pie Jars are refreshing and simple to make, bursting with flavor and perfect for summer gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk

  • 1 cup whipped cream for topping

Instructions

  1. Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until well mixed. Press the mixture into the bottom of jars to form the crust.

  3. Gradually mix in the sweetened condensed milk, lime juice, and lime zest until well combined.
  4. Spoon the lime mixture over the graham cracker crust in each jar.

  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 120 minutes before serving.
