A quick and easy dish that melds sweet honey and tangy Dijon mustard with luscious salmon for a soulful dining experience.

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over the top. Allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Remove salmon from the marinade and place on the grill.
  5. Grill for 6-8 minutes per side or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
