A vibrant medley of fresh fruits drizzled with a zesty honey lime dressing, perfect for summer gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 1 lb fresh pineapple, chopped
  • 12 oz fresh blueberries
  • 12 oz red grapes, sliced into halves
  • 4 kiwis, peeled and chopped
  • 3 mandarin oranges, peeled and sectioned
  • 2 bananas, sliced (optional)
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tsp lime zest (zest of 2 medium limes)
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp fresh lime juice

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop all the fresh fruit as directed:
  2. Chop strawberries and pineapple.
  3. Slice grapes in halves.
  4. Peel and chop kiwis.
  5. Peel and section the mandarin oranges.
  6. Slice bananas if using.
  7. Add all the prepared fruit to a large mixing bowl to combine.
  8. In a separate small mixing bowl, whisk together the honey, fresh lime zest, and lime juice until well combined to create a sweet and tangy dressing.
  9. Pour the honey lime dressing over the fruit mixture.
  10. Gently toss all the fruits to evenly coat them with the dressing, ensuring the flavors meld.
  11. Serve immediately to enjoy the fresh vibrant taste.
