  • 2 tbsp Harissa paste
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Peel and cut the carrots into even pieces.
  3. Mix the harissa paste, honey, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  4. Toss the carrots in the harissa mixture until well coated.
