  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1/3 cup pure honey
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp freshly cracked black pepper
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash the carrots and peel them before slicing into even-sized pieces.
  2. Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat until bubbly.
  3. Stir in the honey until combined.
  4. Add the sliced carrots to the saucepan, coating them in the glaze.
  5. Cook for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally until tender but still slightly crisp.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and garnish with parsley before serving.
