A delicious and nutritious pasta bake featuring cottage cheese and a variety of vegetables.

  • 2 cups whole wheat pasta
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup bell peppers, diced
  • 1 cup zucchini, diced
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the whole wheat pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cottage cheese, spinach, bell peppers, zucchini, marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  5. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
