A vibrant summer salad featuring grilled peaches, creamy burrata cheese, and crispy prosciutto, drizzled with white balsamic vinegar.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe peaches
  • 8 oz burrata cheese
  • 4 oz prosciutto
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium heat.
  2. Slice peaches in half and remove the pit.
  3. Brush peaches with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Grill peaches for 2-3 minutes on each side until caramelized.
  5. Arrange grilled peaches, torn burrata cheese, and slices of prosciutto on a serving platter.
  6. Drizzle with white balsamic vinegar and olive oil.
  7. Garnish with fresh basil and serve immediately.

Notes
