A creamy and cheesy dip combining shredded chicken, zesty green chiles, and melted cheese, ideal for gatherings and communal eating.

  • 1 can (7 oz) diced green chiles
  • 1 cup enchilada sauce
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup diced onions (optional)
  • Tortilla chips for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine shredded chicken, diced green chiles, enchilada sauce, shredded cheese, sour cream, and onions (if using) in a mixing bowl.
  3. Pour the mixture into a baking dish.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  5. Serve warm with tortilla chips.

Notes

The dip can also be served with sliced vegetables for a healthier alternative to chips.
