A refreshing and elegant non-alcoholic drink perfect for spring desserts, infused with the delicate flavor of lavender.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 2 tablespoons dried lavender buds
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 cup honey or agave syrup
  • 4 cups sparkling water
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh lavender sprigs for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a pitcher, muddle the fresh mint leaves and dried lavender buds together to release their flavors.
  2. Add the fresh lime juice and honey or agave syrup to the pitcher, stirring until well combined.
  3. Pour in the sparkling water and gently stir to mix.
  4. Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the lavender mojito mixture over the ice.
  5. Garnish with fresh lavender sprigs before serving.
