- 1/2 cup gluten-free flour
- 1/4 cup diced jalapeños
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated cheese (optional)
- 1 egg
- Oil for frying
- In a large bowl, combine corn, gluten-free flour, jalapeños, cilantro, cumin, paprika, salt, black pepper, and cheese.
- In a separate bowl, beat the egg and then add it to the corn mixture.
